Our Team

Tyler Sailsbery
Executive Chef and General Manager
Chef Tyler Sailsbery is passionate about real food, sourced locally and made from scratch. His culinary enthusiasm comes from a childhood spent on a farm, surrounded by simple, natural meals. It is his quest to educate and encourage local, farm-to-table eating habits.
Danielle Stowers
General Manager and Event Coordinator
Danielle Stowers handles marketing, event coordination, and catering. She was raised in Whitewater and has a passion for the community she grew up in. Her skill in event planning and her degree in Business Administration & Management are only matched by her passion for her job!
Brady Jackson
Head Chef
Growing up in “The Home of the Hamburger” city introduced Brady to beef at an early age. His father owns two restaurants, so he was thrown into a kitchen at around twelve. Brady love new foods, but will always enjoy a nice lasagna. His passions are fishing, cooking, playing with his dogs, and tv shows like Chopped.
Matt Ewing
Sous Chef
Matt is from Iowa and grew up picking fruit and vegetables from the garden. He competed in an Iron Chef competition at Boy Scout Camp, and soon fell in love with fresh, home-grown ingredients. Matt love smoked foods and Asian-influenced flavors.
