MANAGER'S NOTES:

Course to Open WEDNESDAY April 16th!!!- For walking play ONLY though at this point (we'll keep you posted on when carts can be used). Members should have paid their dues before playing and NEED to by the annual meeting on Sunday, April 27th. We appreciate your patience this spring with all the wet (and fluffy) weather and look forward to seeing you soon!

2008 Memberships- We had a great response to our mailing but there are still a few out there that we'd love to see back. Please get those in ASAP. If you need another copy (or one for a friend) you can call/email the Club or click on the following link and print a copy out: 2008 Membership Application, Rules & Restrictions (PDF file). Remember if you recruit a NEW Owner Member both you AND the new member gets a 25% discount off your Dues for this year - great incentive to get others on board!

Annual Meeting - The annual meeting for the club will be Sunday, April 27 at 2:00 pm. If any member has an item for the agenda please contact me ASAP. Ballots were sent out for the (2) Board positions that are available. We have 5 candidates for the 2 spots: Lavona Hartman, Dale Jensen, Sam Pieper, Duane Schaub and Crystal Singer. The ballots we mailed this week. Please return those ASAP. Your 2008 Dues must be PAID IN FULL for your votes to count. Contact me with questions.

Bag Tags & Punch Cards - All memberships receive either a 2008 bag-tag or punch-card. Those are available beginning on Wednesday or the first time you come out to play. ALL golfers should check in at the Clubhouse EVERY time prior to playing. Specialty members should pick up a fluorescent guest tag each time and have their cards punched and owner members should sign in the "green book" next to the scorecards. If you begin play before 8AM when the Clubhouse opens, please stop in after.

HUGE THANK YOU's

A special thank you to the over 30 people that showed up for the Member Clean-Up day last Saturday, April 5th. A great amount was accomplished by the enthusiastic crew that showed up to help. Now if the weather ever cooperates, we can finally play some golf. We hope to have one more Clean Up day in the next couple months with a major emphasis placed on cleaning up the Cart Sheds and getting some plants and flowers to brighten up the exterior of the Club. Thanks again - you all really do make a huge contribution to the Club; one that everyone is able to enjoy!
